Head of Operations (m/w/d)

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastsic person to help us set-up and maintain smooth systems for our company operations. Our new Head of Operations will be responsible for running and evolving the systems that help us plan our finances, manage day-to-day operations and create lean processes for running of the company.

About the job

You will be responsible for keeping the company day-to-day operations running. You will own development of systems and processes for managing accounting and our finance planning tools, to and various HR topics and legal. We are looking for a talented, open minded and motivated person to help us tie everything together in a systematic and holistic way.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Be the direct counterpart to our third-party vendors
• Establish and maintain a clear overview of the operations relevant indicators
• Report regularly to leadership
• Define clear and informed requirements for further development and improvement of our operations tooling
• Continuously optimise our daily operations and improve upon our processes and procedures

Who we are

Cyberus Technology GmbH is a 2017 founded company lead by engineers and information scientists, who offer an innovative virtualization and test automation solution for IT security. We are 25 people spread all over Germany, with offices in Dresden. We are mostly engineers, developing products based on our secure virtualization platform SVP and our software engineering methodology CIdoka.

Your profile

• Completed mercantile education or university degree or similar experience
• Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems
• Knowledge and experience in back-office operations
• Accounting Experience
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Basic understanding of legal matters and implications is a plus
